Continuing the Boyce
Family Tradition for Four Generations
Personal integrity and commitment
to the community – these values have always
driven Michael Boyce, President of Grandview
Homes. They were instilled in him by his grandfather
and
father,
who were
also
home builders. In fact, the fourth generation
of the Boyce family has started building homes
with Grandview Homes in Pasco County, Florida.
His
dedication to quality hasn’t
gone unnoticed – by
the people who live in his homes or by people
in the Pasco home building industry. Grandview
Homes, the company Michael founded in 1972,
is one
of the
most successful home builders in Pasco County,
Florida, with more than four decades of homes built
to their
credit.
And
Michael Boyce has been named Pasco County’s
Homebuilder of the Year by the Pasco Building Association
three times - most recently in 2004.
One
of the things that has earned him this
honor is his innovative approach to home
design. Michael
Boyce is constantly refining his floor plans
and incorporating new features that enhance
life for residents of his homes, from soaring
ceilings
and expanses of windows to bonus rooms, home
offices and technology rooms. Hand in hand
with his meticulous attention to design and construction
detail is his
commitment to customer satisfaction. “I
believe in building each home as if my own
family were going
to live in it,” he said. “And
I treat each homebuyer the way I would want to be treated,
too.”
“For more
than 75 years, my family has been building quality
homes along Florida’s
Gulf Coast. As the fourth generation of this legacy starts, it is our
goal to continue to give you an affordable, quality
home. At Grandview Homes the Florida
tradition continues. Our dedication to quality homes and customer satisfaction
is unsurpassed.”
